Meet Brianna

Based in Missoula, Montana, Brianna is an award-winning writer who focuses on travel and science. Her stories have appeared in National Geographic, The Washington Post, Forbes, Outside, CNN, Discover, BBC, Science News, Cruising World, and many other venues. As a freelance journalist, Brianna pairs her love for crafting stories about nature with her degrees in biology and environmental science.

Brianna is also a skilled public speaker, communications specialist, facilitator and teacher. Alongside her non-fiction journalism, she is also writing a contemporary romance novel and a middle-grade chapter book.

When not writing, you can find Brianna dancing, teaching yoga, sailing, diving, biking, hiking, guitar-playing, or traveling with her family on adventures near and far.
