About

Brianna Randall - writer and communications specialist

Brianna earned the nickname “Nature Girl” at age 13 because she was always stopping to check out plants, animals, and cool rocks. She paired her love for crafting stories with her degrees in biology and environmental science to become a science journalist and communications specialist.

Based in Missoula, Montana, Brianna has over two decades of experience as a well-published writer focusing on travel, science and health. Her stories have appeared in National Geographic, The Washington Post, Outside, CNN, Discover, BBC, Science News, Cruising World, Backpacker and many other venues.

Brianna is also a skilled public speaker, facilitator, teacher, fundraiser, and digital communications creator. She is currently revising a contemporary romance novel, and writing a middle-grade chapter book.

When she’s not writing, you can find Brianna dancing, teaching yoga, sailing, diving, biking, hiking, guitar-playing, or traveling with her family on adventures near and far.
